IPAC Manitoba is pleased to announce the winner of the 2018 Condo Award!
The winner is Larissa Kanhai for her paper “Immigration in Manitoba: Analysis of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.”
The runner-up is Lori Darragh for her paper “Philosophies and Failings: A Critical Analysis of Winnipeg’s Emergency Shelter System.”
Established in 1982, the Willard J. Condo Award celebrates student excellence in public administration. The award is distributed annually to the best paper on public administration or public policy written by a student at a Manitoba university or college. Papers are nominated by professors or instructors.
An award ceremony and paper presentation event will occur at a date to be determined.
