IPAC Manitoba’s next event will be a panel discussion on how public servants can support digital transformation through their work.
Governments need to be able to effectively and efficiently navigate the modern digital world with unprecedented disruptions. Beyond technological changes, governments are provided an opportunity to re-conceptualize authority, accountability, and the role of government in the digital era. Public services need to adapt efficiently to serve citizens effectively. The panel discussion will include perspectives from policy, governance, data science, behavioural insights, to approaches on how to build and lead digital teams.
